Relish & Co. is a pop-up, cottage industry bakery in the Snoqualmie River valley. We specialize in elevated handmade treats, both sweet and savory, with European flair, made with the highest quality ingredients and fresh ingredients from local farmers whenever possible.

We offer a carefully curated menu of cookies, pastries, and small desserts, as well as a selection of savory items like a savory galette, charcuterie box, or quiche perfect for a picnic or light lunch.

We also offer our fresh valley jams, chutneys, relishes, and pickles used in our recipes for retail sale at our pop-up, when available.

At this time we we offer custom and special orders, and are keeping the scale small as an event pop-up bakery only.
